Another slow day of being sick and resting. It was also still down pouring in Pai… they don’t call it rainy season for nothing 😅

I think our bodies really needed sleep because this was another night of 10-12 hours of sleep. But eventually we got up and drove through the rain to grab “breakfast.”

But before we stopped for food I had to say goodbye to my motor bike 😢 it didn’t make sense to have 2 out for the last day so I was back to having Lola chauffeur me around (which was a lot of fun still, even in the rain).

I got a phanaeng curry fried rice with chicken at one of our favorite spots Baan Pai. It was solid, but my appetite has been a bit skewed since being sick.

We then went on a little drive to a popular spot in Pai called “Coffee in Love.” It’s a really cute coffee shop that has a gorgeous view over all of Pai. Even with all the rain, the clouds and the drizzle still made for a spectacular view!

We then went back to our bungalow where I napped on and off for a bit until dinner. Every time I thought I was feeling better, my body was just teasing me 😪

We then went back into town for dinner where we actually found a new spot to try! This was yellow noodles with chicken that was very good! But again I wasn’t very hungry. We also got a lovely mango smoothie along with our dinner!

As almost every night went, it stopped raining for us once we got to the walking street, but when we were trying to leave it started pouring 😂 so we had yet another wet ride back to our bungalow for Lola and I’s last night of hanging out before we part ways!
